Banana smoothie with honey

Multiple uses for banana smoothie with honey. Serve it at lunchtime to put a smile on my kids faces. Serve it after a long walk when they’re thirsty and hungry for a snack. Serve it before bedtime when you want to make them sleepy.

First crush some ice in a blender then add bananas, milk and honey (or agave nectar). Press ‘whip’ on the blender.  Add a straw to the glass. But only ever serve half a glass of smoothie as kids also like to make bubbles with their straws!

And, of course, my kids would go bananas if I served them this fabulous loaf too!
