SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
FINE ART PRINTS:
Your Fine Art print orders are custom printed and usually shipped out within 3-5 working days of your purchase. Framed prints may take a bit longer.
Approximate delivery times:
UK: 3 to 7 working days via Royal Mail or DHL Express for larger framed prints.
USA & Canada: 6 to 10 working days via UPS Ground.
Germany: 3 to 7 working days via Warenpost/DHL Paket Premium or DHL Express for larger framed prints.
Europe (EU) : 4 to 10 working days via Warenpost/DHL Paket Premium or DHL Paket International Premium/DHL Express for larger framed prints.
Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: 4 to 10 working days via Warenpost/DHL Paket International Premium or DHL Express for larger framed prints.
Rest of World: 5 to 15 working days via DHL Express.
We have partnered with theprintspace, a leading Fine Art and Photographic printer, to ensure museum-quality prints. Their service is also end-to-end carbon neutral and shipped in strong but sustainable packaging.
Fine art prints are shipped from either their UK, Germany or USA studios depending on your location. This means no UK or EU custom charges for print and framed print orders.
For all other regions, you are responsible for any local import taxes, custom duties and clearance fees. Please note that even with express courier shipments your delivery times may vary due to customs delays in many countries.
There is a flat rate shipping fee for print-only orders, whereas shipping fees are calculated per EACH framed print.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
RETURNS
As we custom print on order, all print sales are final. However do contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged in transit, or in the unlikely event it arrives with a defect, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Keep the packaging as you will need to include photos as part of this evaluation. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
If we are unable to replace the edition as it has been sold out, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
Please note in special circumstances we may request for the print to be destroyed instead of a shipping return, but we will need photographic evidence before arranging a replacement or refund.
If an agreement has been made for a refund, please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition.
