I love how Camellias add a splash of colour to the late winter and early spring garden landscape. Now they’re full of budding, blooming and dying flowers as they mark the change of the season.

Just beautiful, the colour and the light are stunning x
I love the white background Kriss, it really shows off the stunning pink in these flowers. Gorgeous. x
Lovely capture, I thought they were from a painting to begin with!
Beautiful flowers and photo.
I need to get a macro lens or filter, because I’m really struggling with my new camera – lucky my phone cameras good enough for macros.
Thank you for the lovely comment.
I actually took this photo with a zoom lens – the settings were 1/125 sec f/8.0 at 210 mm. I love having a contrast of clear sky so I had the ISO set at 1600.
A beautiful photo 🙂
They are just beautiful! Stunning x
That is so beautiful, great composition.
Really like the light. Gorgeous flowers. xx
Awww so lovely! #MySundayPhoto
might have to get us some camelia for our garden, these are gorgeous
Lovely to see all the stages together. It’s a lovely shot. Our Camelia is taking its sweet time this year while all the other bushes I pass in our street are almost finished.
Beautiful pictures. Our cameliia is still in tight buds x #MySundayPhoto
Beautiful photo, I love the different stages of their life
Thank you for linking up
They are stunning. It’s amazing how even a dying flower can look beautiful.
(Although it’s really time I removed those dead tulips from my house!)
Hehe I have a vase of dying tulips which I’ve kept as I want to take photos of them in last stages!
Such a stunning photo, with the colourful flowers and crisp white background. Love, love, love!
The camellia are brightening up our farm at the moment, this is a lovely photo Kriss.

Stunning photo and I love how all three stages are captured together.
